Mere days ago, NY Gov. Elliott Spitzer (D) resigned from office after having been implicated in an interstate prostitution ring, succeeded by NY Gov. David Paterson (D) - who now admits both Paterson and his wife have had extramarital affairs, in the latest scandal.
At the same time we are treated to the spectacle of former NJ Gov. James McGreevey (D) entangled in a bitter divorce proceeding with his soon-t0-be-former wife reveals his history of threesomes with his wife prior to his being outed. I certainly don't object to his being a gay man, but in this day and age I have some questions about the degree of self-deception and self-loathing it took him to achieve high office while posing as a straight man.
One wonders how long it will be until HRC and BHO will be caught out as having had affairs with one gender or the other, or multi-varied farm animals, at this rate....
