Not surprisingly, some of us disagree. It's NEVER a good thing for either party in a two-party system to hold ALL the levers of power, and thank goodness that little travesty of democracy is winding swiftly to an end.

You've GOT to be kidding GC- But then again, they lost so now have to blame someone... sigh...
Sadly, I'm not - either in the lovely posting I found over at DailyKos...or in the sentiment that if either party holds all the levers, the selection of loons in the party in question comes steaming to the fore as there is no effective opposition to restrain them, however briefly.
From time to time I try and visit DK, abhorrent as many of its' members postings may be...it's a good thing to keep an eye on what the hostiles are thinking.
