Frustrated w/ folks who claim they gonna do things and refuse to let others do them, despite any realistic evaluation indicating they *cannot* do them, largely due to refusal to follow (or in some instances seek) medical advice?

Start much earlier, go selectively deaf, and plan on "do it myself" despite protests/etc to the contrary.
